Dear Valued Partner, 

As 2018 begins to wind down and we look forward to a successful 2019 with each of you, there are a few key changes to our organization that we want to communicate to you. 

Our current EVP Vic Barczyk has decided to step down from his role with our company to pursue other ventures. Vic has served both Citizen and our partners faithfully for over six years and we wish him all the very best. Vic’s last day with Citizen Systems America will be October 31st 2018. 

Our Vice President of Marketing and Product Management, Glenn Williams will be stepping into the additional role of Vice President of Sales. Glenn has been involved deeply with much of the sales alignment, account leadership and partner program development during his own six years with Citizen and we expect there will be minimal disruption to your own working success and relationship with our company. 

Citizen will also be bolstering our own sales force with new head count as we get closer to the 2019 campaign. This additional investment into our team will further enhance our ability to better serve you, our valued customers and partners.
