Citizen Systems America streamlines ISV program benefits in latest revision (G) of ISV benefits guide.

TORRANCE, Calif. (July 16, 2018) – In an effort to streamline the ISV partner program, Citizen Systems America is notifying all ISV partners of key changes to the ISV partner program launched in 2017.

Commencing August 1, 2018 the ISV partner program will no longer offer the following benefits:

• The POS products will continue with their excellent 3+1 year warranty for our ISV partners but the “30-day guarantee/NO QUESTIONS Asked” return policy has been removed.

• The ISV’s will continue to get preferred pricing on the CT-E351. Additionally, this product will now be made available to the rest of the reseller channel.

All other benefits will remain the same as previously identified.
