Citizen System’s new mobile 2-inch label and receipt printer delivers unrivalled portability and robustness for warehouse and courier environments.
Citizen Systems Europe, the leading manufacturer of high quality label, barcode, portable, POS and photo printers, has completed its mobile range with the launch of a new 2-inch label and receipt printer that delivers ultimate portability and high performance operation in a robust casing. The flexible, light weight and high speed printing capabilities of the CMP-25L make it ideal for users who need to print on the move.
Made from heavy duty plastic with impact resistance edge mouldings, the CMP-25L ensures optimum prints time after time, even when exposed to high usage in harsh warehouse and courier environments. Users can drop the printer from up to 1.8 metres and won’t experience any change in performance.
It features easy paper loading via a clamshell mechanism, drop-in paper loading and paper-out indicators ensuring straightforward label refills on the go. The CMP-25L is easy to configure and, with a range of media types, it can be easily tailored to deliver print outs to suit all user preferences. Thanks to the integral tear bar cutting, individual labels and receipts are extremely simple to produce.
Users will experience some of the fastest print speeds of any mobile 2-inch label and receipt printer on the market – up to 127 mm per second. For users that require a wider label or receipt, the CMP-25L can be adjusted for media up to 58mm in width.
The CMP-25L has a range of interfacing options, which include USB, Serial, Bluetooth® and Wireless LAN. The mobile printer is also compatible with various operating systems, including iOS, Android, Mac OS-X, Windows and Linux. Additionally, for assurance, it is also Bluetooth 4.2 low energy compliant and Apple MFi approved.
For ultimate flexibility, the printer is powered by Lithium Ion technology and easy-change battery packs. One charge of the unit’s powerful 2600 mAh battery ensures a full day's operation, with the printer’s recharge status indicated by the LED screen.
