The Citizen MLT-4281 line thermal printer mechanism is tailor-made for handheld applications. The mechanism features an ultra compact design and low voltage usage (5V), combine that with high-speed printing (80mm/sec) and a robust and highly reliable Zinc die-cast frame and you have a mechanism that will work with a full range of portable applications. Available sensors are head temperature, paper, platen and cutter position. The MLT-4281 has a built-in auto-cutter and a clamshell design for the easiest paper loading possible.
